The house is detached, traditional style, fashioned from valley stone and timber. It is located on Rue de Gaillands, opposite Lac Gailland and bordered by a small stream and woodland at the back.

Ground floor

Sauna with shower and WC, garage with storage, laundry area with washing machine. Attached is a small self-contained studio which is let separately. Interior and exterior steps up to first floor

First floor

The Large Dining/Lounge area has full length sliding glass doors at one end with stunning views and an open fire at the other end. There is an L-shaped sofa plus 2 armchairs and solid wood dining furniture that seats 8. TV/DVD, stereo. Traditional terracotta tiles run throughout. Off the hall there is a well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas/electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, work table and cupboard storage. Also off the hall is a bathroom with shower, WC,  basin and heated towel rail, plus a separate WC.

Second floor

Coming up the stairs from the lounge area you will find 2 bathrooms one with bath, WC and basin and the other with shower, WC and Basin. The main bedroom is at the front with a large balcony overlooking the Chamonix massif. There are two twin rooms and a room with bunk beds.

Loft

Spiral stairs lead up to a large attic bedroom in the eaves, with one double and one single bed. Not suitable for young children or elderly.

Exterior

There is a terrace area at the front with dining furniture, affording  panoramic views of the Mont Blanc Massif.                                                                                                           

At the rear is a large garden bordered by a stream (caution young children), a wooden arch leads to a picnic table
